Couples massage

Couples massage is also known as mirrored massage. You and your special someone share a room with two massage tables and two massage therapists. The therapists coordinate the massage so that each person is receiving the same massage at the same time. So as you feel your muscles being massaged you know that your loved one is feeling the same thing. You can even talk to each other as you relax and share this wonderful experience. We highly recommend this for anniversaries, weddings and Mothers Day.

Massage Lesson

Would you like to learn how to give your special someone a massage? Better yet have your special someone learn how to give you a massage. You can receive a private massage lesson from a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist. While one of you receives a massage the other is instructed how to give the massage. This is a hands on event and the receiver gets the pleasure of a four handed massage. If you have already taken the YMCA Couples Massage class then this lesson can address more advanced techniques.
